2 Plumbs Up Plumbing & Remodeling

Tub to shower retro fit in a house built in the 50's. I had a visit with Don the owner for preliminary estimate one day after calling. In a week we finalized a contract during another visit when I chose trim for fixtures, door and surround color and design. I was given a start date two weeks hence. I changed my mind after the original color choice, no problem. Work began when scheduled and continued until completion. It took seven days. 2Plumbs Up handled the permit and inspection scheduling. 3 inspections: plumbing rough after demo, walls screwed and taped right, drain pan no leak overnight. I also had an exhaust fan installed. This required a crawlspace man for sewer connection, an attic man to install and vent the fan and an assistant for the project manager and primary installer, Gerardo. All showed up at the right time for their part, so company scheduled well and communicated well with a text when the crew was on the way with picture of who was coming. The crew, always on time, were polite and responsive to my questions, concerns and requests and cleanliness needs. Pictures shots are before, demo, and after. My job, beyond paying, is to paint the freshly textured areas above the shower. Five stars says it all. Well pleased.

Although we have not hired Two Plumbs Up, yet? I really appreciate Rob Larson, the technician. He was thorough and thoughtful and so far the most trustworthy of plumbers/companies. Really helpful, Rob, I’m so glad that my son referred me to them. So, we did hire Rob and Two Thumbs Up, we’re quite happy that we did. Rob and Aaron are a good team and we had a great experience. Their pricing was fair, and competitive. Now that we used their services, we will get some bids on remodeling that Two Thumbs Up has services for. Thanks again, Rob and Aaron.
